Self-made pork stew. So good :) The food was very nice in Egypt but I really wanted to have some pork.

Snapper, chicken, rabbit, beef, tomatoes, carrots, onions, melon, cake, and lots more but i do not remember anymore... All-you-can-eat buffets are terrible.

A lot. The buffet over here at the all-inclusive resort is far too good to not try everything that's on offer.

yesterday: Stewed meat. Which is delicious, but takes sooooooo much time and effort to cook, it's almost not worth it to prepare it only for myself. Almost :P today: Smoked salmon & avocado wrap. Which is also good, not as good as yesterday, but much easier to prepare (:

It will probably get lost in translation, but anyhow: Persimmon ("kaki") wrapped with thin sliced, smoked beef & Hand-made stuffed beef roll wrapped with Schwarzwalder schinken (smoked ham).

Pumpkin out of the oven, and - this will probably totally get lost in translation - gipsy schnitzel. With rookworst (smoked sausage?)? Or hamschijf (some sort of pork)? Or pork legs? Or lard? And was it the kind that your spoon sticks upright in the soup, or was it the more fluid kind? also...
