    Evolutions of Enemies

This might be stretching it, buddy. The reason they use the same plants, animals, constellations, directions and orbits is for one reason, because that's the only thing they have to base it off of... We've never come into contact with aliens or alien plants so what are they supposed to base...

    Evolutions of Enemies

I doubt that the creators meant for Hyrule to be on Earth. That's like saying that if things worked out differently, we would live in a world like theirs. They live in a nearly eternal Medieval world with the exception of WW/PH. I don't think the creatures in the game are meant to be evolutions...

    Evolutions of Enemies

Well first of all, it was stated in OoT that the Deku Tree, Jabu Jabu and the Goron mines were all visited by Ganondorf which means that those places were infected by him so the monsters are there under his order. Also, the water medallion doesn't reside in the water temple. The sage of water...

    Evolutions of Enemies

Well that's pretty obvious. I'm more talking about the actual beasts. Darknuts and whatever are more human-like.

    Evolutions of Enemies

Exactly. It's almost impossible to figure out who is working for Ganon/dorf and who is just an "animal" who feels threatened or is protecting their territory. This is with the exception of Moblins and other monsters of the sort that are obvious Ganon/dorf followers.

    Evolutions of Enemies

Well think of it this way, we have animals that will attack humans on sight. Many species of bears, wolves, sharks, some types of fish etc.. What if those monsters aren't monsters at all, but just hostile animals. If they replaced those monsters with hostile animals we wouldn't think anything...

    Evolutions of Enemies

Maybe this means we will see more in the future. It's very interesting to think about where the creatures actually come from. We know so little about the creatures in the series. Did some evil being make them or are they just normal "animals" in the Zelda world?

    Evolutions of Enemies

Interesting find. Is this the only evolution seen in the Zelda series? I guess you could say that the big dodongos are evolved little dodongos but at the same time it could just be a grown up dodongo.

    Evolutions of Enemies

Agreed. It could easily just be that certain creatures look different but are still the same type of creature.

    Evolutions of Enemies

I already mentioned this, but thanks for the back up. As for a further evolved dodongo boss, it could just be a different species of dodongo. Not everything HAS to have evolved from something. We have different species or classes of the same animal so why can't Zelda have the same?

    Evolutions of Enemies

Maybe Gorons would evolve from Rhinos. Rhinos have rock hard skin and are VERY strong. Or maybe Gorons evolved from Porcupines or hedgehogs or something because they kind of resemble them.

    Evolutions of Enemies

I wasnt talking about the deku babas being called a venus fly trap. In real life there is a plant called the venus fly trap and thats what i was referring to.

    Evolutions of Enemies

I think that the plants that you run into on the way to the Deku Tree are more like the plants that eat flies. For the record, those plants are called Venus Fly Traps.

    Evolutions of Enemies

Most of those were already said. Did you read my first post? I'm pretty sure that when you fight the water temple boss, Morpha, under the bosses name it says "Amoeba" which is a living thing so i would guess that's what it evolves from. This, too, has already been said. Do you guys read...

    Evolutions of Enemies

Skulltullas would be spiders and the hopping things would be those bugs that hop around on water except they evolved to a point where they could be on land. Don't talk down to me because the answers were "basic" You asked a question and i answered so don't criticize.

    Evolutions of Enemies

Pigblins would be pigs. Moblins would be boars. Wolfos would be wolves. Lizfos would be lizards. Keese would be bats. All of the birdlike monsters would be bird.
