Remake's gotta remake. :p Personally I love the art style, and it really adds to the experience for me. It's definitely a remake just like Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask 3D were, and I hope this means they're preparing for remakes of the Oracle games!

Don't really remember LA as much as other games, I think it may have been the first Zelda game I played honestly but it still stumps me on certain parts to this day so I hope it's majority the same too.

Honestly, judging by the look of the trailer that they showed us I don't think they'll change much at all. Link's Awakening has always been a weird game in the Zelda series and I think that's part of the charm. Hopefully they keep it that way.
