I think we are agreeing about Ryuken right now. RVS never has a set time to end. Traditionally, D1 starts with RVS, and it ends when players unvote. There is no time that says "get rid of your vote on Tristan because he's a sloth". If players really wanted to, the whole game could be RVSes, but...
