Despite the major progress I made with my anxiety I had a panic attack today. Luckily, I caught wind of it since my therapist warned me of the typical signs, and my wife was there when I was having it. So it wasn't bad, it just sucks. I'm all better now. :)

Well, it's more the mindset that bothers me. Ignorance may be bliss, but knowledge is power. So I've always argued that you're never better off not knowing something.
