A Blizzardy Return to Rito Village A commissioned piece. Before I made it a blue pallete I had it a more desaturated green, which is more accurate to the original colors in Tears of the Kingdom. Pushing the painting blue looked cool to me though.

Last piece of 2022. I like it a lot. I finally feel like I'm getting the hang of gouache. I plan to paint a lot more in 2023. Still plan to eventually bulk post all the art I haven't posted in this blog yet, in due time.

I think overall I'm satisfied with this layer. The left shoulder and the arm still looks weird, so at the very least I might redo just that but I'm content leaving everything else alone. Maybe I'll do some changes with the details on the face, but otherwise I think applying color is really close!
