Pearl and Marina replaced Callie and Marie in Splatoon 2 as the game's main MCs of Inkolpolis, Marie and Callie were still present but were more involved within the game's campaign. I had assumed that Pearl and Marina would be replaced with another duo for Splatoon 3 but now I'm not so sure...- Spirit
