I already talked to the windmill guy. It just wasn't working. Had to reset it, go back to windmill guy again and then go see Gondo to get it to work for some reason.- Robzords

I'm at the point where you're supposed to see Gondo to fix the windmill but all he offers to do is fix my shield and upgrade my gear. What have I missed?- Robzords
