He was very much working with Osborn and the Brotherhood during this storyline. It even mentions how a member of the Brotherhood was ordered to get close to Traveller and when Traveller found out he was connected to Gaunt he was displeased and Norman order Traveller to be to be killed.

Apparently Gaunt is Osborn's business partner and part of Brotherhood of the Scrier. So yeah, these Goblin Aligned are killing people.

I would have been the first person recruited if he were a cult. And I wasn't so I believe him. Still open to anyone checking me to make sure. He lost his original role when he became Traveller so I'm assuming even if he had culted, it wouldn't mean much now.
