Just booked my first vaccine appointment. Since today was the first day the general public could book it here, I had to wait in line for about 4 hours to book it, but I'm finally getting the pokey-poke in 2 weeks!
We have AstraZeneca here for people 40+ but most of them I know aren't taking it in favour of Moderna or Pfizer, which the same age group should be eligible for fairly soon. From what I've heard of AstraZeneca, it's not tested very well at all compared to the others and the blood clotting issue...

Canada has an extremely slow rollout and I'm in the lowest priority group so there's a good chance the vaccine won't be available for me until the fall, or at the earliest sometime in the summer.
