Is it possible to get the SB to default on the "Shoutbox" room rather than the other one?

Figured out how to do this @Satan. Click the cogwheel at the end of the row on the text editor tools. Seems to be a stupid place to put the option, but we don't need to find any add-on to disable it.

Disable Mafia, RP, and Gaming threads from showing up in the SB. Open link in new tab when clicking from SB rather than same window. (Sure I can middle click, but old habits and all!) Expand truncated sub-forums so we don't have to excessively click to access things like Trash in The Office.

Double click forum icons to mark as read. Toggle Rich Text Editor on/off. Other than that, all good so far.
