Why/How Did Zoras Turn to Ritos?
Based on that quote, the Zora's in Pre-Wind Waker were river Zora's. By that I mean it saying about different species of Zoras. That gives a reason for them to evolve. The reason is that that they can't live in salt water.- Jedizora
