The Arcade is re-added.

It happens when you are alerted while you are on a page and you don't leave that page. Something wrong with the Javascript. It doesn't happen if you go to another page before checking your alerts.

I think you're hugely exaggerating here but we have been looking into it. Unfortunately it's really a problem in Xenforos code and it's hard to find the source.

It's potentially fixable but I'm not sure how it's extremely necessary. Why not just refresh the page?

Same place as the smilies. It says the group above the smilies. The one you are likely wanting to block is THEBESTEMOTES

New update, block smiley categories. type in, in the block smiley area, the category and then the "~" character after it. Example: :party:, :), THEBESTEMOTES~, :cooky:

As Kit said, it's really not on our end. It doesn't happen to me, it doesn't happen to anyone else. It's almost certainly due to bookmarks, browser cache, something like that. I suggest clearing all of your browser data if it is that frustrating.
