if area music is handled right, it's part of the environment so you dont get tired of hearing it in the way you dont get tired of seeing the scenery
tho yea some track variation can help with making it feel more organic
I think the problem is too many of the songs are just inseparable from the context of BotW's atmosphere. I feel that way with a couple games I've played, mostly JRPGs, where it's like... the music is absolutely effective in what it is meant to achieve, but after the game is no longer in front...
I wanna say all the models were updated, but they still suffered from like the low resolution of the 3ds. Supposedly the models themselves upscale somehwat nicely in an emulator but the textures do not. I think the weirdest part is the newer models still having the old animations but there's not...
