    Yes, TP Hylian is based on the Latin alphabet. So if they specifically refer to an item in game, in Hylian, they're translating itself themselves in the texture. The localization team isn't making the textures lol

    Copy rod is the dominion rod. Just like the translated Gerudo text in the Arbiters Grounds spells out Romanized Japanese text that translates roughly to "vortex ring." There is no item called vortex ring but it obviously refers to the spinner.
