I am not so sure if the Zoras evolved, but a lot of people say the Kokiri evolved into the Koroks. CORRECTION! They gave up their humanoid forms magicaly so they can fly using the Deku Leaves. So if Lineback1000 is right, and they were magicaly turned into birds, then that would make sence.
