The Shield looks way more interesting in this game, by using the well-timed parry Link is able to knock-back even Ghirarim, making him completely open his guard. So it can be much more effective to cut in the enemies breaches while they are defending and parry them when they attack.

just recently i realized that the mini-map I thought i saw in the round table video is actuly the pieces of the key that we'll have to find for the mogmas. The game is about to release and don't even have the confirmation of a mini-map, wow.

I think that 8 hearts is for the demo, but he may start with 4-6 heats. I haven't seen Link take half or a quarter heart damage, so the starting count heart may be higher.
