Final Fantasy 16 - 9/10. Really enjoyed this game, it was stellar. The soundtrack was amazing, gameplay was fluid, boss sequences are absolutely what the new standard should be. It is missing some traditional FF elements however it's not so bad.

I really liked it as a BotW sequel. Definitely missing some traditional elements but overall the game was extremely enjoyable.

14 hours on a flight from Nevada to the Philippines. It was an incredible trip and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Listening to my toddler just wreck the bathtub with her bath toys. The cleanup is worth it as long as I’m hearing her laughing.

With Final Fantasy 16 out next week, I decided to go ahead and beat the main story. What an incredible ride it was from start to finish. Hands down one of the best sequences I’ve ever played. Getting to it was a real pain in the ass, but it was so worth it. Hoping for some great DLC.

After putting it off for so long I finally took care of the great fairies. The band is adorable and their version of is chef's kiss. For the main story, I'm on the final one, however that will be on hold for a long time as I fully want to explore the depths, get more armor sets, and "farm"...

They were a bit ominous at first however once you get used to it and accumulate the eventual 349085903830 brightbloom seeds, it's not so bad. I like being able to see, so sometimes I'll spend a bit of time hoverbiking to the lightroots.

Now that it's out, the first week I was getting absolutely wrecked by everything. I definitely felt the game was much harder than BotW was, however with the fusing system, most of the enemies aren't too difficult. The bosses are fun for the most part, but I would have liked three phases instead...

Armor hunting, and working to max out the batteries.

I wish that the OP of this thread, Spirit is doing okay. Miss her tons.

Excuse the potato quality picture but I’ve found my favorite outfit so far. Ember headpiece and shirt, twilight trousers, mostly dyed in white.

I'm going to back out of it though and knock out all of the shrines that I've accessed but not completed. I might "farm" some materials because despite luring out the great fairies, I haven't upgraded a single piece of equipment.

Rito, Zora, Goron, then Gerudo. Tulin's special ability made the rest of them go very smoothly. Also, hoverbike.

It’s not so bad, the scariest thing are the gloom hands and those are scary even in daylight.

So glad I’m taking my time with this game instead of rushing it. Will probably knock out one more temple tonight and keep shrine hunting and completing the great faries side quests.

Shrine hunting to get to two stamina wheels then pouring the rest into health. After that going to try to get all of the climbers set.

Last night was incredible. We got tickets to see Usher and he was PHENOMENAL. He brought me back to my school days where everyone still had those CD holders on their car visors. Great performance, definitely made our weekend.

Welcome to post-Persona depression, round 2! Persona 5 Strikers - 9/10. Wonderful game, great story and combat, especially for a warriors style game. Probably the first game since FFX that I’m genuinely sad having to say “goodbye” to an awesome cast of people.

Persona 5 Royal - 10/10 This is my first Persona game, and I’m so mad that I haven’t played them sooner. Everything about this game was just incredible. The characters, the story, and the SOUNDTRACK, just sublime. This has to be top 3 all time for me, no exaggeration.
