Got the wild tunic, dyed it Navy. Now I am working on my second stamina wheel by giong back to shrines I skipped because i didnt feel like building. After that I need to secure some more dragon parts and find more armor upgrade components. Still only have 4 hearts.
First things first is to get all the Towers.
Now I must hunt to to find a tunic beacuse ill be damned if I have to wear anyting else. Fashion Souls is serious. I just wish i could fuse gear with enchants and dye legacy tunics. That way i could have red for fire, blue for cold, yellow for...
I have yet to pre-order since I don't see the point unless ... do we know if there is going to be a preload the week before? I remember having to download BotW the night before release and it took many hours into the actual release day before i could play.
I get the feeling that BotW might become a trilogy. Time will tell.
The next true zelda game is probalby a lot further out and probably not planned for the Switch. I wonder what they will make. I am thinking of something like WW but instead of tiny islands to expore, it will be small...
Darknuts and Iron Knuckles. I would also lke to see the Aquamentus and Gleeok from classic Zelda ... maybe even make elemental variants of them as bosses.
I am pretty damn sure I have made food/elixirs that has three different descriptions of protections on them. However the medium protection and high protection both ony have two snow flakes next too it.
As for Fireproof, I think you can still make them level 2 but it requires 4 smothering...
There are two levels I think. One gives normal fireproof and another gives high. Really wish they just made it Heat resistance instead. Cold and Heat to my knowledge has THREE levels attached to it.
Took a year break from the game since I didn't want to beat it all. I had 118 shrines completed but no Divine beasts. Camel and Bird one is done and I was finally able to get my Wild set so I spent more of my weekend farming those materials to ugrade. I was also very happy that I could...
118 shrines down and I have yet to do any of the beast so I have no idea what to expect.
Those last 2 shrines require the death of a Divine Beast (rito and gerudo).
1. Many more dungeons with their own theme, monsters and atmosphere. I am looking for all of the main dungeon sub varieties such as temples, palaces and labyrinths. This would require more heart/stam slots obviously.
2. More monster variety - such as Dark Nuts, Iron Knuckles and real...
Completed
-Memories
-Towers
-Sheika Slate Upgrades
-Hylian Shield
-Master Sword
Right now I am trying to complete as many Shrines as possible before I do the main dungeon quests. I have done parts of it be accident but I don't plan on going to those dungeons till the very end. Sadly I have...
It exists, but has undergone some major changes with the surrounding area and the landscape.
Go to the the Muwo Jeem Shrine and travel west a bit. It is somewhere around there on the bluff. You will also notice that Death Mountain is much larger so it is safe to assume that the mountain has...
BotW is a good template for future games. This is how it should be done from then on. I guess they could go bigger and add in ocean or sea travel. But making a world too massive might not be a good idea.
In the mean time I would welcome new content into the world. I hope there is more...
Looks like I have a lot of traveling to do. Maybe ill see a meteor by then. I plan to do all memories and shrines before I set foot into one of the main dungeons.
I wish the blood moon would jsut last the entire night and not play the cutscene. It would be more immersive.
So You can just farm these shields until you fill your inventory with them or can you only get one at a time?
I have a few questions
1. Why are there 18 memories when I only have 12 pictures? I am guessing I have to find the others without?
2. I need Star Fragments. I assume they come from meteors ... but where do they fall? I haven't seen one in the nights sky and I need a lot of them.
4...
While I was playing the game I looked for places where it would require motion controls. I didn't see anything - at least up until where I gave up. I am sure there can be substitution in pretty much anywhere. It might make the game easier, but that can be adjusted with other balancing. Best...
Gave up on SS last night. Couldn't get past the stupid flying part where I need to hit the 10 targets in 90 seconds. As a result, my Wii remote/chuck was smashed into pieces and the game purged from my Wii U's hard drive.
I got it all planned out...
8:00am: Wake up and shower
9:00am: Eat some cereal and have some green tea
9:15am - 11:45am: Play some classic zelda until I finish my tea
12:00pm: Head over to the Gamestop at about Noon
1:00pm: Go into the grocery store and buy Dinner for the weekend
1:30pm...
Price seems steep for 1 dungeon. I would be expecting a lot more.
If Nintendo wants to release new dungeons/regions throughout this games life then my wallet is going to hurt. I can care less about everything else
1. Dungeon count and/or the lack of themed dungeons. I like to elemental dungeons! Yes I understand that there are shrines, but evidence suggest that they will all look the same.
2. Dumb and obnoxious mini games. I might be a loner here, but I have hated most of the mini games in each and...
I am completely fine with a massive world. Exploration is part of the game after all. And the more you explore, the more resources Link will be able to collect. I can see a instance where Link will need to revisit to get more of the certain items.
OoT has a empty hyrule field, TP had a...
How much bigger can a video game realistically get without daunting travel?
I guess the next step is to break out Hyrule into massive continents that Link will have to traverse by boat. Think WW, but with continents (technically islands because a 25 million square km landmass is not going to...
No, they all have the same grey and blue interior. I mean a simple tile change would suffice (there are 120 after all). But I would think these shrines could be taken further, such as being more organic or elemental.
I am just going off the pics from the wiki. Look at all the screen shots and tell me those look completely different.
I mean there are some subtle differences, but I hope that they are more varied as you progress.
Honestly, that is why MM is my least favorite of the 3D Zelda's. I have never gone back to it. I still have some PTSD from all the frustrations that game gave me.
I would love to see a detailed world map.
I don't group the 2d and 3d Zelda's. They are such different games.
2D - LttP > LoZ > Link Between Worlds > AoL > PH. That is all I have played. I played FS for about 3 minutes and never went back.
3D - OoT > WW > TP > MM. I haven't played SS yet. Saving that for the week before release.
I speculate that it might actually just be a retelling of the first game. We have all seen the comparisons from ingame BotW to the old artwork from the first game. Not to mention the fact that the first person you meet is a old man in a cave.
Also, there is a Sleeping Zelda in tAoL as well...
