I think a sequel would be better. You could go to all six regions each with two or three levels in them and a bunch of pokemon. The gamepad would be perfect. Heck if they really wanted to they could make a smaller version for the 3ds. Maybe the two versions could work together in multiplayer?
Part of the reason that it is so creepy, is that there is so many ghosts and gibdos everywhere. The more you think about the creepier it gets. The said ghosts and gibdos show that Ikana Canyon used to be full of people. It just ends up very eerie.
I hope they do something like that. Or maybe they could have a few characters or even a whole town that have really dark and depressing backstories. *cough*Majora's Mask*cough*
Maybe those moblin guys showed in the gameplay are dead people who were resurrected by Ganon and sent to kill...
I'm the kind of person that loves exploring beautiful environments, and the exploration was my favorite thing of Xenoblade, and X seems to excel in that factor. If the strategical combat and depth stays fairly the same, you're looking at a day one purchase for me.
