I agree. I've read the opinion of some people who think it is pretty good, but I didn't like this dungeon that much. It felt like it was rushed... I mean, the could have made a much, much longer, difficult and puzzling dungeon. So... yeah, you are not the only one :)

Definitely I think an underrated track is the one you find in the Fairy Fountains in OOT. Way cooler than what people might think. And also OOT's Hyrule Field and Zora Domain's tracks.

Majora's Mask was underrated until recently, probably, as Majora's Cat said in one of his articles, when it was luanched in the Wii's VC. I myself personally think it is a bit overrated, though.
