Personally, i think the problem is they become underwhelmed by the game when they finally play it if they hear "Its the best game ever created" etc.

Console zelda games seem like a much grander scale (save Spirit Tracks) but other than that they are both perfectly fine to me

I loved the ending of TP almost as much as Ocarina or Majora's ending. I really love it when it is a soft, sometimes solemn ending. I also love having extra to watch while the credits role.
