It took me a bunch of tries to carry the pumpkins. Almost woke up the kids when I finally got it done. ;)
Do you view it as a bad thing that Fledge has no pattern? It did make it a little bit harder.
Cheers,
I'm willing to endure whatever slings and arrows come from the haters. I like how Zelda graphics are creative, unique and pretty, and could be all the more beautiful in HD. I'm not against realistic graphics, but I would hate to stray too far from the creativity that I'm used to.
What I've found is that the closer you get to the release, the more spoiler-ish the trailers are.
With this in mind, I watch the trailers up until 3 months or so before the release, then I shut it down.
I'm not strong enough to go completely dark. I just cannot do it.
I picked the Genesis over the SNES, but I was the only kid in our neighbourhood who did. Had to drive a half hour to rent a video game. But boy did I ever fall in love with Eternal Champions...
I'm one of the rare ones that go out of my way to find ways to use it. I can't explain it and it doesn't seem very logical, but there is something satisfying about blocking rather than evading. I guess that's just my style.
I love humour in Zelda games. Especially with goofy characters such as Groose, he was funny a lot of the time. Even Fi was funny at times with the way she was so oblivious in certain situations.
So many out there view realism as the pinnacle of video game graphics. Realism doesn't mean squat if your world is boring and bland.
Give me a vibrant, creative world any day.
I vote for him to stay as is. He is the franchise. Making him look like Ezio would be cool for a while, but it'd wear off.
The green tunic is iconic and identifiable. I'd rather have him stay as is.
I'm wary of a WiiU title that is too realistic. High Definition doesn't force our hand toward realism, it can be beautiful and creative too. I think that's what I'd rather see. Nintendo has done so well over the past 25 years being creative, that it'd be a shame for them to fall in line now.
In such a situation, I would hope for a contrast in fighting styles. Link would likely be the meat shield, while the other character would be some type of elemental/healer character. Could be interesting.
Oooooh. I had never thought of upgrading the Stamina bar. Awesome thought.
More upgrade options would have been better. But what they had was very well done.
It was all just part of the strategy of the game. Forcing you to make choices. The choice that I made was to make money selling bugs so that I could buy more pouches ;)
The NES and SNES games were brutally challenging. The last dungeon is LoZ was obscenely hard, much more so than any part of SS. And I never actually finished ZeldaII, I think that it was an Iron Knuckle that I couldn't get past...
I think that some in this thread are oversimplifying the dowsing feature. It takes you to your destination in a straight line as the bird flies, not as you need to traverse the land. Just because the dowsing is telling you to go right doesn't mean anything if that way is blocked, forcing you to...
I loved the controls of this game. It really spoiled me to the point that when I picked up Majora's Mask, I found the lack of control frustrating. I want more motion control like this. The beetle was awesome, bomb bowling was fun. The other tools were great and easy to use too.
The music was...
In the beginning he filled my heart with rainbows and skittles. At the end I just wanted to throttle him.
So in other words, a perfect villain. And good looking too. I just worry about where that tongue has been.
It had to be something romantic. But has Nintendo ever actually shown any on-screen romance between the two? Just alluding to it is more Nintendo's style.
I believe that there are many possibilities for who will be the reincarnation of Demise. Just because I believe that Ganondorf was the reincarnation of Demise, doesn't mean that Demise can't make a comeback on his own, right? I hope?
OMG. I hadn't thought about Smash Bros. Could you imagine a...
It was a really creative touch for them to show this during the credits. Had they shown individual clips along the way, it would not have had anywhere near the impact as the way they did it during the credits.
