Every night before I go to bed, I usually have a snack to tie me over for the rest of the night. It's usually something like a bowl of cereal or chips, stuff like that. And then I go and brush my teeth of course.

I've actually never named a pet after a character from a video game series or any series at all. I've known a lot of people who name their pets really regular "people" names like Jim or Jack or whatever. I think it's all in whatever the owner thinks suits the pet. That is what the name should be.

I think the best way to stay awake is to stretch every so often. DO NOT PUSH YOUR ENERGY. stretching and doing things like crossovers will make you feel more at ease and at the same time, more alert. (from my experience anyway.) Hope it helps :)

To be honest, the one thing that made me happy a few days ago, was when someone asked me how my day was. I had been having one of those really awful, tiring days, and my good friend asked me how my day was. I smiled at them and said " Now I am, thank you. " and it did turn my day around.

I really wouldn't wear high heels daily. but I do like wearing a high heeled shoe once in a while. I can wear a higher heel if I don't walk too much, otherwise I'm in a lot of pain. then I put on a gym shoe and feel so much better.
