since i was doing a 6-heart run on my first playthrough, and i used no fairies or potions, took me about 10 tries. still, it feels awesome when you can beat him with next to nothing. :)

So...I beat down demise for good after about 10 tries. it's really tough with no potions, as demise can 3-hit ko you. I feel like that dude who beat demise in 1 minute-I can handle the first phase as well as that guy but i always take heavy damage with the second phase. Hero mode will be fun.

Seems like the earth temple's like a prelude to the fire temple-all good. Chances are, the fire temple has a few surprises that are different from the earth temple, but still similar-for example, no balls to roll around on in the fire temple. New fire enemies. etc.

my guess is that the triforce pieces sort of bound themselves to the people that first touched them. So as long as the Triforce of Power remains, Ganondorf keeps respawning every century, and he'll want to reclaim his piece of the triforce.

use zora armor, 3 hearts, no potions, no shield, ordon/wooden sword. ice attacks are multiplied by 10, i think, so more than half the enemies in the dungeon will kill you in one hit.

I vote for TP and WW master quests. I got to room 49 in the cave of ordeals with 3 hearts, and this was my 2nd Zelda game. Also, the darknuts are too easy. Why not make a master quest mode where the darknuts deal 10 hearts damage, and move at x1.75 speed?:lol:

i would have picked great expectations. very simple book. wuthering heights is about this dude who was abused in his family, so he runs away. several years later, he returns to wreak havoc on his descendants as revenge. sort of like the count of monte cristo, but a bit darker.

definitely darknuts. they were too weak and vulnerable in TP, so i wanna see them with special armor you have to cut through specifically. for example, you have to cut the back straps vertically, then there's an armor segment horizontal, have to cut off the helmet, etc. they should dish out more...
