For the giveaway contest about the dvd set, plush doll, and shirt, were the winners ever announced? its been over a few days now and I can't find anything on it.
I actually have a unique situation. In highschool I couldn't give a hoot about my grades, or what my teachers though of me. The majority of the information (with the exception of math and Science) felt absolutely useless, and I felt I didn't need to learn it. In college, Im completely...
I actually preferred the inverse. I much preferred Spirit Tracks over Phantom Hourglass just because of the central dungeon. The central dungeon in ST was wayyyyyyyy better then the central dungeon in PH
Its just the wii's hardware, nothing you can fix, the only thing I have noticed that will sometimes create an "optical illusion" if you will, is if you move farther back from the TV, giving creating more bluriness around the edges, creating the illusion of crispness.
I was at a blockbuster and I was browsing through the rentals to maybe find something interesting. I stumbled upon Twilight Princess, played through it, loved it, and have been obsessed/addicted ever sense.
I would love to see Majoras Mask on 3ds for 1 reason. I have never actually played through the entire game (I stopped playing somewhere after the first dungeon) so it would give me a ton of incentive to actually finish it!
The hardest dungeon for me would have to be the wind/sky dungeon from twilight princess. This is the first dungeon that I had absolutely no clue where to even start, or how to progress through it. In a close second would have to be the wind dungeon from the Wind Waker. Again, I found this...
I dislike the popular shooters such as CoD and even the new Halos (I felt halo got bad after the second one..). But some shooters I find really fun such as Team Fortress 2, and more recently Battlefield 3 seems alright :D
I would have to say the master sword just because it has so much storyline to it. The one in twilight princess in particular is really cool just because of the way it is hidden the way it is.
From the zelda games that I have played through so far, I would have to say the hardest one is the water temple boss from Twilight Princess. It's so annoying having to constantly avoid the tentacles from grabbing you and sucking you into the creatures mouth.
I never go for 100% runs, so I just do the basic requirements to beat the game. If I come across skultulas or something along the way, then I will grab them, but I don't go out of my way to get 100% completions...unless it's a mario game!
:D
Aside from the cd-i games, which we all know are terrible. I would have to see adventure of link is the worst just due to it being so unique compared to the others, and the extemely hard gameplay
Haven't played it yet, hopefully will get it for Christmas. It's been pretty rough trying to force myself to not look into a lot of videos due to spoilers. From what little knowledge I know about the game, the wii motion plus mechanics seem interesting, but I don't know how well they will...
I actually found that the boss battles in spirit tracks and phantom hourglass were some of the best out of the series. Something about the way the camera piveted along the 3d axis just made them seem so much more interesting. Not only that, but the boss battles had some clever mechanics to...
I completely loved ocarina of time, have beaten it several times. When I tryed playing through Majoras Mask, the 3 day timer completely turned me off. I hate timers in general when it comes to video games, and having one that you constantly have to monitor throughout the entire length of the...
Maybe one of the connections is lose. Try wiggeling the wires around near where they connect to the controller, and make sure the nunchuck port on the wii mote is very clean.
I found the wind temple in WindWaker pretty difficult, I only played through it once a long time ago, but I remember having to consult a guide several times.
I sadly haven't played about half of them :(.
HAVE NOT PLAYED:
-oracle of ages
-oracle of seasons
- zelda 2
- majoras mask ( I plan to play through this one sometime soon! )
- Minish Cap
- Skyward Sword ( will play through it once I get it for christmas! )
- A link to the past
During your first play through of a game do you ever consult a guide (such as Zelda Dungeon). This is a question I have been curious about for a long time. When I did my first play throughs of the the earlier 2d zelda games such as links awakening and the first zelda, I found some of the...
That theory sounds pretty interesting..I haven't actually played through majoras mask (even though I should!) but it makes sense from the perspective of twilight princess.
