I just finished The Last Olympian, the final Percy Jackson book, and I must say, it was pretty darn good. It kept my interest, and it had some interesting plot twists. However, the author did set it up for a sequel, which always ticks me off. -.-
Oh, I forgot Bartimaeus now. Well, those books are definitely awesome. It's a shame the series is over. They list pretty high on my favorites, and I'd really recommend them to any fiction reader.
Also, not too long ago I finally got around to reading To Kill a Mocking Bird and i really liked...
My gosh. I don't believe that. I forgot to list the Inheritance Cycle. And we were just talking about it before I posted this thread. Well, that one too. Just finished Brisingr yesterday, and my only complaint is that I think Christopher Paolini still puts to much description in his books.
Here is the thread to list your favorite books of all time.
Here are Mine:
The Lord of the Rings (the entire trilogy) an awesome series, epic and well written
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (all of them so far) really good series, and I like mythology :D
Harry Potter (whole series, again)...
