For me I think it would be the Minish Cap because of the many times I´ve completed it before. It was the first game I got for the GBA and it was the only game I played until I got Pokemon Sapphire.

I have the first part of the Ocarina of Time manga and the Hyrule Historia. Really proud to have that, and it was quit cheap as well. I also have some posters and one hylian shield mint case.
