Phantom Hourglass is dull and repetitive, in my opinion. It is not an awful game, but it is terrible compared to most other Zelda games. The music in particular is bad - with one exception; Linebeck's Theme.
I found Spirit Tracks great, I don't think it is very similar to Phantom Hourglass if...
Submarine by Joe Dunthorne. It's brilliant. I must admit that I don't read often, but this is a interesting, unique, and utterly hilarious read. It's a perfect example of British humor.
Radiohead are my favourite band, but it's quite to put them in a genre - I suppose they're closest to alternative rock, but that still doesn't describe them very well.
I prefer Fi, but I like that everyone can say it the way they want - Nintendo haven't really given an official pronunciation. That's one of many great things about the Zelda series; the player can interpret things in the way they want.
Where are the CD-i games on this list? :D
Seriously though, I have to go with Ocarina Of Time. As brilliant as Skyward Sword was, it didn't give me the same feeling Ocarina did when I first played it.
5. Luigi's Mansion (shame it's so short)
4. Skyward Sword
3. Mario Sunshine (This beats 64 and Galaxy any day, in my opinion at least)
2. Ocarina Of Time
1. Super Mario World
