I'm focusing on beating Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright before the eShop closure so that I can download the free DLC that's only available in the post-game. I'm currently about 25% through the game from what I saw on a Let's Play on YouTube.
I completed my replay of New Super Mario Bros. U that I started in November. Now I want to get back to BotW since I put that on the back burner this week as I focused on ALttP, Pushmo, and Fire Emblem Awakening DLC instead.
I beat Pushmo today. I didn't know the credits would play after the 198th stage. Now there are 52 bonus Pushmo. I've already completed the first two for a total of 200 stages beaten.
Started a new playthrough of New Super Mario Bros. 2 in honor of its 10th anniversary in North America today. I feel that it gets too much flack. Despite reusing some music and bosses from New Super Mario Bros. Wii and being way too easy, the level design is arguably the best of the NSMB...
I'm making a final push to finish Pushmo after all these years. I can now say I'm 70% done. Still a ways to go. Other than that, I'm enjoying Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The Wave 2 DLC tracks are amazing.
I finally completed my replay of Kid Icarus: Uprising. Control headaches aside, it's a good game with some great characters and quirky writing. I hope Nintendo revisits the franchise sooner rather than later.
I booted up some Splatoon 2 since today was the 5 year anniversary. I could never get into the sequel as much as the first game. It felt a little too similar. Salmon Run is the best thing about Splatoon 2. That's what I played the most.
I'm almost done with my Kid Icarus: Uprising replay. 7 chapters to go. I've also been knocking out more chapters in Pushmo. Aside from that, I've been playing Fall Guys since it went free to play last week.
Completed the Medusa portion of Kid Icarus: Uprising in my replay of the game. I still love the plot twist of Hades appearing when the supposed credits are rolling. Nintendo played their cards brilliantly back in 2012 by having Medusa as a red herring in all the trailers.
Over a decade after the game released, I decided to finally beat all the staff ghosts on Mario Kart 7. Some were definitely trickier than others, but the hardest was by far Cheep Cheep Lagoon. The strat for that track is pretty jank with doing tricks off the ground underwater. Definitely the...
Still slowly making my way through several games, namely Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby's Adventure, and my replay of Kid Icarus: Uprising, but then I inevitably go and play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe or Super Mario Maker 2 instead.
Revisited Kid Icarus: Uprising for its 10th anniversary today. I think I might slowly make my way through another playthrough. I forgot how great the characters and dialogue are.
For some reason, I only recently remembered that Mario Kart 7 has a first person option, so I'm making my way through the cups in first person. I think it'd be a neat option to bring back in the next Mario Kart. Don't know why it was only a one time thing.
Been grinding first clears in Super Mario Maker before course uploading ends at the end of the month. I also uploaded my last level last night. A full profile of 100 levels.
I've been mainly focusing on completing Super Mario 3D World+Bowser's Fury, but I've also been replaying some A Link to the Past on the side, albeit very slowly.
Started a new playthrough of Super Mario 3D Land to revisit the first 3D Mario game of this type before 3D World releases on Switch in just under two weeks.
