I think that chances are it will be in the English one too. Comes out in Japan soon people, that's when we get things like new moves (remember DP when Scizor didn't have Bullet Punch?), and move tutors.

Just want to note, Link Almighty, that it's not all bad having the legends at Lvl.1, and if you are just given them, it makes getting shinies/good IVs easier.

If you play much competitive battle you'll see that Rapid Spin is needed, 9 out of the top 10 leads have Stealth Rocks, the one without being the nifty little Ninjask. Biggest Platinum tutor is Outrage, DDMence is a beast.
