Well my Sourdough Starter culture thrives i reached a mass of 1.653Kg i've now made a sourdough and am waiting for it to riiiiiise, 3 hours man 3 FREAKING HOURS, aaah it'll be worth it. Taken up cooking as well again and chorizo is now my new lover.
