Do you have the Biggoron's Sword? If not, try getting that and switching to it. If that's what you're using, try switching back to the Master Sword. If those don't work, try going back and forth in time.

I really liked the Phantoms (from PH of course). If you don't know what you're doing, they will almost certainly hit you. However, their rather simple patterns allow for lots of tactics for distracting or attracting them. Overall they require a lot more strategy than most enemies.
