Majoras Mask, Skyward Sword Poster Prizes!

I was disappointed with the prizes this year. I got the Platinum Mario Playing Cards, since I have no real use for the posters.

What Do You Want to See in the Sims 4?

Wider variety of life stages. Child is very vague in my opinion, so maybe a pre-teen stage would be nice. Also, better define the adult stage, like middle-aged, etc. I'm all for realism in the Sims, and I think Sims 3 is the best at capturing that so far. I'm not too keen on the vampire and...

Which "Lord of the Rings" Film is Your Favorite?

By far Return of the King. It is excellent, and, besides being a great fantasy film, it's one of the best films I've ever seen. Everything: acting, story, cinematography, special effects, is a work of art that really culminates into an awesome 3 hour experience. No wonder it won a ton of Academy...

    Favorite Sitcom?

Mine is Parks and Recreation on NBC. The first season was a little rocky, and I thought it was just another Office, which technically wouldn't be a bad thing (I love The Office), but I wanted to see it spread its wings a bit. The second season was phenomenal, and the characters really developed...

    Favorite Fighting Game

I'm going with the obvious answer with Super Smash Bros. I've played quite a few of fighters in my life, but Smash Bros. is just incredible. The amazing roster and the awesome stages make a complete package that I would rather play with friends than say, Mortal Kombat. The single-player is also...

    OoT-N64 Oot 3DS VS. Oot N64

In terms of gameplay, I would choose the 3DS version. The touch screen changed the way it was played, and the added slots for easy convenience made complicated tasks a whole lot easier. Also, the graphics and 3D effect are excellent. But the N64 version was such a classic of its time, so both...

    The Walking Dead

I absolutely LOVE The Walking Dead. It is probably the greatest show on television right now, besides Parks and Rec. It is such a great story, and the characters are all incredible. The finale had me in pieces and watching it is the most intense hour of my week!

    Kid Icarus-Is It Worth Buying?

Definitely. It's an excellent mix of flying and third-person adventuring. The gear system is phenomenally well-done, and it really feels like a "full" game. The 3D effect is outstanding, and the music is some of the best that Nintendo's ever made. The online is fun, too, but not for long periods...

    Best Mario Kart 7 Track?

I like Wuhu Loop. The scenery is excellent, and the whole island is one of my favorite locales in a Nintendo game. Maka Wuhu is fun, too, but the glitch shortcut kind of ruins it for everybody.

Are You Going to Buy the Wii U?

Eventually, of course. I'm a huge supporter of all of Nintendo's latest consoles, and I strive to eventually purchase each one during its lifespan. It looks awesome, and the screen tablet controller is the way of the future, I'm sure. I want to see some quality games first, but I'm hoping...

    My Little Pony?

Fellow Brony here. Friendship is Magic!! It's really hard to explain, it's better if you just watch the video yourself. My prior reaction to the love of MLP was "this is a kids show!" and then after the 20 minute show, I realized what it was all about.

I've always had Rumble in my head since Brawl came out. I don't know, it just sounds like it fits really well.

    Magic Power

Definitely bring it back. That's what partly made Ocarina of Time so great. Instead of just regular items and swordplay, which were great don't get me wrong, the magic spells and mana system offered a new layer of strategy not present in other Zelda titles.

    Who is Your Favourite Companion?

I like the King of Red Lions, personally. He was funny, and with you throughout the whole adventure, whereas some companions were only there for a bit, or had to leave. Also he was in my favorite game of all time, so I'm kind of biased. I also like Ezlo. He was funny, and shrinking down to size...

    Spoiler Hardest First Boss Ever?

Definitely one of the hardest. I mean, putting you head-to-head against the main villain after you just did one short dungeon in 30 minutes? Crazy. He was hard to recognize his patterns, especially as a new SS player at the time, and I died three times fighting him and then never died again...

What Movie Do You Consider Underrated?

For recent movies, I really enjoyed Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. Now, it did get nominated for Best Picture and Max Von Sydow for Best Supporting, even though most critics and audiences agreed that it was not a good film. It was pandered by most, and some even went so far as to petition...

    Nintendo 3DS: One Year In

    1. How satisfied are you with your Nintendo 3DS system? What improvements could be made to the existing hardware? I couldn't be happier with the current status of my 3DS! Two circle pads are inevitably on the way, but right now, I absolutely love it. 2. How often do you visit the eShop? How...

    Brave!

I am super excited about Brave! After Pixar's first disappointment with Cars 2, I'm ready to see them get their groove back. It's cool to finally see a female lead character, and in a Scottish setting, no less. I can't help but see the similarities in Dreamworks' super successful How to Train...

    Facebook's Timeline

I actually love it. I added it way back in February, and, although it took awhile to warm up to, I really like it now. The two columns are much easier to display a lot more information now, and adding life events makes it more of like a story in a way. The cover photo is awesome and I've seen...

    General Feelings on Rocks

Rocks are pretty cool. Until last year, I didn't know much about them, but after taking a geology class, I love them! They're so unique, and all the different types are awesome. It's fun to collect them, especially rare rocks. I got to miss a whole day of school to go and look at rocks with my...

    The Hunger Games Trilogy

I love The Hunger Games. I read them before they received national fame, and I still love them to date. They're very well-written, but I did hate Mockingjay for a few reasons. The story never wrapped up, and Katniss was whiny the entire time. I lost track of how many times she woke up in the...

Favorite Song of Hero Quest Portion

I really like Eldin Province's part of the quest. Losing all your gear and having to sneak through the volcano was a blast (pun intended), and it was a cool change in gameplay style. It became almost like Metal Gear Solid to me, and it was really intense having no gear, similar to the Silent...

Did You Set Your Expectations too High?

Absolutely not. If anything, I set them too low. I was expecting a solid Zelda adventure, with a good plot and gameplay similar to Wind Waker. I wasn't crazy on the graphics, but they look great in the final game. Everything gameplay-wise is near perfection, and the awesome music helps round out...

    Movies Vs Video Games

I prefer movies. I've always loved both mediums equally, but I feel like there's much more opportunities in a movie than there are in a video game. What I mean is, in a video game, there's only so much you can do in creating the game. Setting, characters, plot, etc. always get re-used, and...

    Favorite Province in Skyward Sword

I like Faron Woods, with Lanayru close behind. The forest is always my favorite Zelda location, and this is no different. The giant tree is awesome, and Lake Floria is a beautiful place. Also, the Kikwis are hilarious and the quest to find tad tones was a ton of fun! The desert is cool, but I've...

    Fortune Street

I played it at a friend's house, and it was a lot of fun. The monopoly style-Mario Party mix is certainly not for everyone, hence some of the weak consumer reviews, but it is a lot of fun and has a great cast of characters.

    Best Skyward Sword Side Quest

Finding the rattle was definitely my favorite. It was the hardest for me, because I had no idea where it was, and then I kind of forgot about the side quest, until one time I just found it after diving off the waterfall and I thought "Oh, I forgot about that!"

Twilight Princess Best Dungeon In Twilight Princess

I like the City in the Sky. Apart from being a visually stunning wonder up in the sky, its puzzles and bosses were super fun. It was challenging without being frustrating, and it has one of my favorite boss fights in the Zelda series. Also, who doesn't love Double Clawshots?

What Do You Think the Highest Rated Game of February 2012 Will Be?

Probably Uncharted for VITA. I love the series, but I don't plan on getting a VITA, sadly. Also, reviewers eat Uncharted up, so I'm expecting 9 or 9.5s across the board.

    Are You Healthy?

    1. Do you make a consistent effort to get excersize and eat all of your food groups? I do. I love riding my bike, and I ride a few miles each week. I also swim in the mornings in the summer. Also, we work out two or three times a week with friends, so I consider myself pretty fit. I absolutely...

    Big City or Small Town?

I live in a very small town of about 15,000. I like it, and I have a lot of friends here, but there's just not much to do. I visited New York City last summer and I loved it! I'm not sure if I could live my whole life there, but it would be a ton of fun to be there for a few years.

    PS3 Games Similar to Zelda?

Alright thanks! I'll look into that one. As far as what I look for in a Zelda game, I'm really big into exploration games. That doesn't necessarily mean it has to be an RPG, but any third-person exploration adventures would be awesome. I also like cool items in games, too, so that's why I got...

    PS3 Games Similar to Zelda?

Hey guys, I just got a PS3 this Winter on Black Friday, and I've enjoyed my fair share of games. I've played Uncharted, inFamous, Portal, Batman, and Skyrim. Best Movie of 2011

Since Oscars season is my favorite of the five seasons, I am super excited for this year's awards. My pick for movie of the year is The Help. Favorite Boss in Skyward Sword?

Tentalus is my favorite. Sure, his strategies are over-used (hit in eyeball), but he was giant and it made me feel epic battling a sea monster on the remains of a pirate ship. Second would be Koloktos, because he's pretty challenging and made the Ancient Cistern my favorite dungeon.

What's YOUR 2011 Game of the Year?

This is probably the toughest year for my game awards. On one hand, you have the impressive Skyward Sword, which has grown to become my second favorite Zelda title to date. The controls feel fresh, the story is intense, and the structure has been tweaked enough for the series to feel new. It is...
