As for that, there's been you know cough cough other ways to play old titles for a long time. Not to mention, Nintendo ports their old games over alot. The grinding as mentioned, is pretty fast paced compared to full blown RPGs. Unless the player is deliberately running from most battles, there...
1-4 Hot garbage.
5-6 Has problems but might still have some entertainment value. Ultimately you can take it or leave it.
7-8-Some problems but otherwise great.
9-10 Pretty close to perfect.
Final Fantasy-Beat the kary and kraken in the temple of fiends past. My team is level 36.
Replaying Metroid-Recently took down Kraid, got another energy tank I didn't even know was in his room, and headed back to Brinstar.
Zelda 2 didn't add anything to later games: That's one I've been hearing lately. That's bull too.
Jumping- It was the first Zelda to add jumping. Not jumping with an item, not hopping off cliffs or over gaps. Just jumping whenever you want.
Transformation: You think Past or Majora was the...
Zelda 2 is a bad game. It deviates from the Zelda formula and is the hardest game ever! Its bad and impossible cuz I say so.
That's usually the kinda crap I hear when being told this is one of the worst Zeldas ever. Lets examine the criticisms against it shall we?
It deviates from the Zelda...
I've decided I'm going to beat ALttP this year. I also discovered by finally looking up a walkthrough items I had no idea existed. Like the magic cape, gold sword, and silver arrows. o_O
I'm not really one to gush about graphics all the time, as some people do. But if I had to pick one game for various systems that made me all googly-eyed.
Arcade-Streets of Rage 2
Computer-Bioshock, I have never played the computer version, but it is a computer game, even though it's on home...
I don't really know why? Gilva is not making any money off it. And Nintendo neither sells nor puts up their music on their own channel and websites. It does no harm, but nothing people can do about it.
Death Rider in the House of Vampires-I went into it with very low expectations after what was said about his first film. And while I can't say that I was pleasantly surprised, it honestly wasn't bad. It also wasn't the greatest thing I've ever seen either.
I'm not a fan of vampire or western...
The Magic Sword. I'd love to see it come back in a modern game.
2nd is the Seashell Sword.
3rd place is Fierce Deity Sword. Even if it's design is impractical.
I've got my present shopping done. I put away some of the Christmas money I got from my relatives for my switch fund. We're going to my cousin's house for the holidays. Still have to send off some cards.
Bad? No. Does it have some flaws and nitpicks that might put some people off a little? Yes. That mostly depends on how much the individual person minds, however.
Most annoying enemy in Mario-Lakitu
Most annoying in Zelda-Like-likes
Most annoying in Kid Icarus-Pluton thieves

A spiritual successor is something done for the love of and in the spirit of a thing. But they are their own unique brand.
The Messenger is a spiritual successor to the original Ninja Garden games. Mighty No. 9 and Azure Striker Gunvolt are spiritual successors to Mega Man. Bloodstained to...
Scary Stories to tell in the Dark-6/10 Not bad. Not scary or even remotely chilling, but it was a decent enough adaptation and the original stories weren't even scary anyway. Lots of little Easter eggs for book fans.
Anywhere you start is fine. Pokémon is meant for younger or beginning gamers, so you'll likely have fun regardless. If you have a 3DS get Yellow or GSC. You can also nab ORAS or XY. You can play DPP on it too. If you have a GBA, FRLG is great.
