It does sound abnormally similar to Ganondorf's Theme, although it is missing the short pick-up note right before each long note, which Nintendo most likely did on purpose to draw attention away from the song.

I pick Koloktos, simply because it's the most time-consuming for me, taking 2:31 at the minimum. I would have thought that I would have picked one of the more difficult battles to get it out of the way, but I'm always dreading the Koloktos battle, so I pick it first.

I never really found the Silent Realms all that difficult. The most times I died in one was only two (stupid Skyloft). When it came to using your brain, the final dungeon was the hardest, but when using your reflexes and arm, the final boss fight was easily more difficult than the rest.

I thought that the moment I dropped into the Sealed Grounds. Probably just another Zelda mystery beyond explanation, I presume.

I liked how they revealed Demise as Ganondorf. In Ocarina of Time, Ganondorf just pops up out of nowhere. It doesn't tell you how or why he appears, just that he does. But Skyward Sword reveals all of that, including why he exists in later Zelda games, also.
