Nope, it was completely fanmade using ripped models from Splatoon, and I believe Hyrule Warriors.

That's pretty impressive then, and neat.

Yeah, there are programs out there of which you could animate things by taking the model and placing it over a general "bland" model and merge them. It does still take a lot of work then, but that also creates very fun things such as these.

Yes I've seen some incredible works done in Source Filmmaker. Ever tried making something small in it yourself?

No, I have not.... I am not really an artistic person when it comes to drawing, or models, or anything like that. I have not idea where to start as well. When it comes to computers, and videogames in general, I am a coder. I can code some simple stuff here and there, and I have even attempted to make a small little game just for myself. It turned out pretty decently for my skill level.
