Do you fall for the special deals?

We all know them. The special deals, the best buys, the Black Friday deals, Boxing day deals etc. Do you fall for them? Are they really more cheaper than ever? I never fall for them. I see how a certain website over here is rising the prices and then when a special event happens...bingo! Back to the prices they held before the event. Very rarely I find a deal I can say hell yes! So what about you? Do you fall for it? Don't be shy! Share your stories with us. I swear it will be safe and sound.....20 dollar please

I dont fall for them.

I like a good sale but not during sale season because like you say the prices go up and then back down to what they were but with a sale sticker on it.

Don’t really go for specials anymore. If something is normally $1000, but is on sale for $750, it doesn’t mean that you saved the difference, you still spent the $750.

I always make sure to give my purchases a week before buying so it reduces the risk of impulsing.

If I am gonna impulse buy I'm gonna do it regardless. These are not the sort of things I get usually and therefore I don't think about waiting for a sale. I tend to buy my jeans when there is a sale and that is it. I know not to purchase full price because there is a sale every other week. It is therefore wasteful to buy them full price.

Oh, I have a big problem with impulse buying items and never using them. I do this with video game sales a lot.

I don't spend much money, I trust myself when it comes to tempting adverts and deals. I can be an impulsive person, but definitely not when it comes to shopping.

I'll admit that I do sometimes fall for good looking gaming prices. Mario + Rabbids for $20 seems tempting this year.
