Your earliest emotions

Someone asked me to today if I can remember the first time I was sad.

Of course I couldn't but I couls remember the earliest which was good enough.

So I thought this would make a good thread.

What are the earliest instances of some of your emotions be it happy, sad, angry etc?

My earliest emotion I can remember is anxiety. It was my first day in kindergarden and prior to that I was always around my parents.

The reality that I was in a strange place, without my parents was very stressful and I remember freaking out for a little bit.
