Blizzeta from TP. That was a fun boss. Having to look into the icy surface of the floor to see where she would dump her icy pillars. And of course hit her with the ball and chains!

Twinrova was fun too!

I sort of wish they all had which game they were from cause I barely remember any of those.

Good point. Here's all the poll choices for reference. Click on their name for their Zelda Dungeon Wiki page, images of them under their name:

Kholdstare

Kholdstare is the boss of the Ice Palace, a dungeon in the Dark World of A Link to the Past. It is a large white ball, which in the second phase of the battle splits into three. Furthermore, it is covered in a large amount of thick ice.

Kotake

Kotake and Koume are two witches who are said to be Ganondorf's surrogate mothers. Kotake can control ice, and Koume can control fire. When combined, they are referred to as Twinrova.

Frostare

Frostare is the boss of the Tower of Winds in Four Swords Adventures. He is a large eye found on the ninth floor of the tower. When the Links enter, they find him hanging from the ceiling surrounded by many Frosteyes. The Frosteyes will seek out the Links and attack them. If they are defeated, Frostare summons them again.

Blizzeta

Blizzeta, also known as Twilit Ice Mass: Blizzeta, is the fifth Boss in Twilight Princess found in the Snowpeak Ruins. Blizzeta is actually Yeta after she has been possessed by the fragment of the Mirror of Twilight. After Yeta has been possessed, the windows in the boss-room shatter inviting in a flurry of snow, turning the room in to an icerink. She begins to float into the air and encases herself in ice. She also summons large icicles to drop on Link. Link can defeat Blizzeta by repeatedly attacking her with the Ball and Chain acquired after defeating Darkhammer. At the end of the battle, Yeta returns to normal and Link is rewarded with a Heart Container and the piece of the Mirror of Twilight.

Gleeok (Phantom Hourglass)
200px-Gleeok.png

Gleeok is the boss of the Temple of Ice, the sixth dungeon in Phantom Hourglass. It has two heads, one which is fire-based and one which is ice-based.

Fraaz

Fraaz, Master of Icy Fire is the Boss of the Snow Temple in Spirit Tracks. He is similar to Twinrova from Ocarina of Time in utilizing both fire and ice attack as well as Blaaz from Phantom Hourglass in that he splits into smaller parts and requires the Boomerang to defeat.

Dharkstare

Frost Talus
250px-BotW_Hyrule_Compendium_Frost_Talus.png

The Stone Talus is one of the many overworld bosses found in Breath of the Wild. It disguises itself in the ground as a collection of rocks, and the boss forms as Link draws near. The Stone Talus is the first overworld boss Link can encounter in the game, situated in the Forest of Spirits on the Great Plateau.

There are 40 of these bosses spread throughout all of Hyrule. Along with the standard Stone Talus, Link can also encounter the Frost Talus and Igneo Talus, among others. Defeating all 40 and reporting to Kilton at the Fang and Bone rewards Link with the Medal of Honor: Talus.
