  • Trust me, my dad wants to go just as badly as I do :P
But yeah, I try not to get stuff digitally. I always get CD's so I can immortal them into my computer AND listen to the CD. It's a win-win. :D If I already have a CD copy and I have some spare moneys, I'll try and get it on vinyl, because I like vinyl. Lol. I have Undertow on vinyl, but that's actually the only vinyl I have as of now, sadly.
Okay... I have another copy. It turns out my parents aren't completely stupid.

Yeah, it'd be pretty awesome to see Roger Waters' The Wall, but the cheapest tickets for that border $100, so... yeah. They are actually coming to Louisville pretty soon. But I've wanted for a long while now to work at a record store... it's just a matter of finding one XD There was one in Louisville called Ear X-Tacy, and I've always wanted to go there, but it shut down because nobody really buys CD's anymore (it's all freakin' iTunes now...). There are a few in nearby malls, however.
I actually have The Wall movie DVR'd, and I was planning to watch it today, lol. As for their other stuff, I also own Dark Side Of The Moon, and The Final Cut. Was Dark Side by Waters or Gilmour? I can never seem to remember.
yeh! i love them! Was only last year when someone got me to listen to some of their songs that i got into them :) before that it was mainly just rock type music i listened to. The tron remake was ok :P but i think only because i dont want to accept it was crap haha :P
Have you listened to much Pink Floyd? I've only heard the wall (and that was just today... I've started trying to listen to more really good music lately), but I think it's amazing!!
Ehh... they're only playing 3 more shows in the USA and then heading to Italy. XD I forgot they were famous all over the freaking planet, haha.
Whoa! That's crazy! I definitely want to see them live as soon as I can. For me, it's always a matter of (A) money, and ( them coming near me. Usually bands just hit the larger cities, which shouldn't be an issue, but they always skip over Louisville. I live SO close to Louisville (if you're anywhere that you can see the river, look across and you see New Albany, where I live), so it'd seem like concerts would be no problem to go to, but they never come here for some reason, lol.
    Cool! Thanks.
You can find my YouTube channel at MasterDr3W21 - YouTube. I basically plan to put up all of my covers here. The videos I have up as of now are pretty nonrelevant to anything, so don't really worry about them.
    And you're seeing Radiohead tonight!?
Okay, you must tell me how it was afterwards.
Sure! I plan on doing a lot of covers on my YouTube channel, starting with Climbing Up The Walls by Radiohead.
Exactly! Although, it'd be nice to be signed to an indie label, because record labels can be pretty heartless. Like, Tool's record label, Volcano, is a really idiotic label, and their upcoming album will be their last one on that label, and they'll be working under their own label, the Tool Dissectional, after that.
Well, a lot of musicians still use MySpace for music. I could also definitely use file uploading sites.
Yeah, the one part I was dreading about my music career was the business/finance part of it... It just always seems to be way too over-complicated. :P
Yeah, it's just a matter of finding a place I can share it while resting assured that it won't be stolen. :P
And I guess I should listen to them as well!
