I think you got a messed up timeline. Ganon is not even trapped in the sacred realm with the triforce in TAoL. He's dead. And this has some other serious flaws. I'm sorry but I think you are wrong.

It doesn't take the fun out of OoT and it doesn't make it more fun. You kinda sound like you could play the game only once and then never again. You can play it how often you ever want to. First time you should play the game as intended. And this is kind of a new way and enhances the game :)

If you kill everybody inside of a room, a chest with a great treasure will appear! Don't be afraid and try it! If the chest won't appear, just get out of the room, close the door and get back inside, everybody will be alive again :)

Perhaps this indicates that there is another counterpart of link in termina? Or the horses where switched when they went for a walk and Skullkid got rid of the wrong horse so that the termina horse got lost and the real epona is at the range which would explain why the horse recognizes you but...

At the beginning of Majora's Mask the skullkid steels the mask from the HMS... Then you chase him to Termina where you goes onto the clock "pulling" the moon down. So my question is when exactly does the skullkid with the mask wreak all the other havoc in termina he should have done like opening...
