Good point, it would be interesting to see more "bad" species members. The only one that comes to mind with me is Vaati for the Minish. And Ganondorf for the Gerudo, I guess. There are probably more (like Skull Kid, I guess), but all of those are major villains. A moral gray area would be good...

Yeah, you can, you just look under something like "Purchased Items" on the main Wii Shop menu and redownload them from there. I've done it a few times myself. You can also get updates for already installed software from there too (never known exactly what they update most of the time though)...

I personally think Minish Cap is too recent to be remade, but I'd be lying if I didn't want Wind Waker on a portable. After all, Miyamoto did want to change up some things (like the Triforce search), and if they added new islands (maybe add the Gorons) it'd be pretty cool, especially on the 3DS...

The only problem I see is that Skyward Sword is close to Ocarina of Time, timeline wise, and they only really become evil at some point after Twilight Princess (I assume), probably due to war, pollution or famine or something. Maybe we'll have feral Zora's (if Hyrule is relatively uncivilised)...

My main gripe is that English speaking countries are forced to wait for a game which is already in English. For example, the UK doesn't even have Kirby's Epic Yarn yet, a game which doesn't even have that much to translate. And don't get me started on the wait for Brawl. I purposefully imported...
