The Wind Waker Redeads scared the crap out of me when I was younger. It had the scariest scream. I had to mute my TV when I went through the Earth Temple because it scared me so much!

I defeated him like four times. Twice in my first playthrough and once for each playthrough after that. So yes, I'm on my third playthrough of the game.

I'm doing my third playthrough. I got the Master Sword already and I'm going to take care of some things like set up Tarrey Town before I go after the Divine Beasts. I also have one of the main 12 memories to go after.
