  • Hey, saw you were on again. I did not get to respond to you the last time you were around.

    I'm mostly doing okay, I might have to move pretty soon which I'm not looking forward to all that much. (I hate moving) but other than that things are going along as normal. How have you been doing these last few months?

    Couldn't help but see that you were making a chainmail tunic, I made one of those a few years back. And then started making a few other random things from chain experimenting with various types of metals and sizes, etc.
    I know what you mean relating to perfectionism. I tried doing things to an amazing extent, but time constraints just don't let that happen. So, I figured that I should just do things to about half of my ability, because trying hard just doesn't pay off in school! Better to read books on your own than enroll in school trying to get an official degree, it seems.

    Oh, PLEASE unleash your distaste for SS. I'm waiting for someone to post in agreement with what I say; I myself think SS is the worst Zelda entry for too many reasons. In fact, it doesn't even feel like a Zelda to me, it feels more like a new IP with the "THE LEGEND OF ZELDA" name slapped onto it. Too much handholding! The story didn't deliver what was promised, and what it DID deliver was a joke! The motion controls were so annoying to me! Believe me Saria, there are radicals backing every Zelda game. Me? I'm a radical (sort of) for OoT/MM. There are those who are rabid fanboys/fangirls for Skyward Sword. There will be fights, but you won't get in trouble for them! Just take it calm, cool and collected and post YOUR thoughts. There is no obligation for you to counter arguments against YOUR thoughts, because they belong to YOU. You aren't pushing them onto anyone else, are you? :)
    Thanks. :>

    Chainmail tunic? That's awesome! =O You should post a picture of it here when it's finally finished. ;D

    I'm sorry to hear about you not being able to go to the Symphony... I wanted to go, but I didn't even try. I'm the only Zelda fan in my house. There's no way my parents would spend money on tickets for that... ;~;

    Anyway, I'm doing pretty good. I'm just trying to deal with keeping my grades up. It's my senior year of high school, after all, so I need to make sure I don't screw anything up... It's kinda stressful. >_< Other than that, I'm doing perfectly fine, though!
    Well I've never been to Symphony in my life, it must be an amazing experience *_*

    Things have been decent! As far as life is concerned, I am a junior in high school just working on being the top of the class (I think I'm rank 2 trying to get to number one though). As far as ZD is concerned, I haven't been doing all that great recently...too many people attacking me because I dislike--hate even-- Zelda Skyward Sword (remember that blog last year where I said I enjoyed MW3 far more than SS? Yeah, that still stands today lol). Threads have also been dry, but me and a few other members have been trying to remedy that! Aside from that, ZD is running along pretty swell.
    Wow, sounds like you've been busy. But I'm glad things are going well for you! Horseback riding, huh? That's pretty cool. I don't think I could ride horse, although I've never had the opportunity to try...
    D'awww thanks :>

    That would be cool. Someone to motivate me to keep on going, too.

    Actually, yes. I think it's sometime in December, and I'll most likely be going with my cousin - another Zelda fan. Comic Con, huh? That's pretty cool that you get to go there :>
    Hmmm, well that's alright......and yes, the poem tells of his life, here it is if you wanna read it:

    Anyways, that's cool.....apparently I'm good at poetry, but it's not something I do as much now really. There was a time when I wrote poems constantly.....but now I just do it whenever.
