That's odd... What program were you using?

If you're having a hard time uploading the picture, make sure that it is saved as a jpeg or a png file. You can usually do that by going to "file" > "save as" then either type .png at the end of the file name, or selecting a PNG option in a drop-down box.

Looks like Josie is showing you Gimp. Its a great program, easy to use, and works well. My only issue with it is that it doesn't produce as good of quality pictures that photoshop is capable of. My mom bought a copy of Photoshop Elements for her photos and I've been using that for all of my graphics. Photoshop is great, but can be hard to learn if you aren't careful. But good luck learning Gimp! You'll like it a lot.
