No, not at all. Basically Hylian Knights are rolemodel members, so to become one you need to be active, make good posts, follow the rules and have good behavior. If you do all those things, eventually you'll be voted in by current Knights.

No, you don't need special privileges. You go to any forum section and in the upper left you should see a button that says Post New Thread.

Not need special permision! all member can start their own thread discussion..............
(Example to start a treads : open "World of Zelda" forum and click on (+ Post New Thread) in upper right of this forum)
