I was thinking more along the lines of suggested EV training spots.

I'm not sure what to think of the city stuff. It seems a bit like TP to me, where there were lots of people, but they were more scenery than anything else. Hopefully they still keep a lot of people that you talk to that help you, it would be good if they reward exploration.

I haven't played 1, but I've beaten 2, 3, and I'm waiting to dedicate enough time to go through the last section in 9 (because you need to do a lot in one go, and I often have to stop). What I have always found is that it starts off at one of the hardest points, although you get up to Wily, so...

Another one is laughter, lol simply doesn't work, it just means "I acknowledge that that was amusing", I use "haha" if needed but that can be taken as sarcasm (they cross over here). Also puns, a lot of the humour in puns comes in the way that it is said.
