I think that the Nintendo Gamecube/Wii joystick is the best all around. Second best would be Xbox 360, because the little dip in the center gives me a good grip on it. Worst one? N64, hands down. That thing literally ripped the skin off of my thumb :D

I was five when I first played OoT on the Gamecube. This was right after Wind Waker came out, around 2003/04 or so.

I forgot to give my own opinion as well! For me, it's a tie between the original/1.1 for N64 and the 3DS version. But I'm kinda leaning towards the N64 because of several factors, including nostalgia, authenticity, and controls. OoT feels like it was designed for the N64 controller, not the...
