Well, I do think they should have added gold enemies to the Trial of the Sword on normal mode. After all, that's DLC specific content and it's supposed to be much more challenging than the normal game... so it'd only make sense if the most powerful varieties of enemies were present there...

I use it quite a bit when fighting Lynels, since it immediately stuns them and lets you mount them for a few quick hits. And it's the best way to leave Calamity Ganon open for attacks when his shield is up. So yeah. I do use it.

Definitely Guardian Skywatchers. Guardian Stalkers are bad in the early game, but once you've got a good horse or the Master Sword, they don't last very long after that. Decayed Guardians and Turrets are simply really easy to dodge, and then easier to take out with the old 'spin to win' tactic...

The Bottom of the Well is creepier than either. Especially in Master Quest, where the enemies are placed just right to scare the hell out of you (or force you to explore the entire dungeon).

Nah, it's not that hard. The enemies are more annoying to defeat than difficult given the health regeneration thing, and once you get better weapons all that's irrelevant anyway. So no, it's not that hard. Especially not if you beat normal mode beforehand.
